Job Summary

The role of Training Engineer is to deliver MathWorks product training to customers in South Korea. Primary areas of instruction include numerical analysis, modeling and simulation, and code generation.

Responsibilities

The Training Engineer is primarily responsible for providing product-training courses to users of MathWorks products. Specific activities include researching industry and application specific concepts to develop and maintain course content, delivering courses on multiple products, providing appropriate feedback to our development and sales organizations, and identifying and implementing course improvements based on student evaluations

Qualifications

• BS and 5+ years of experience or MS and 3+ years of experience in Engineering working with CAE tools as applied to engineering problems.
• Experience working with CAE tools as applied to control  system development or design control.
• Knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink or similar products is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
• Specialization in modeling & simulation of control systems is a must, and experience in the automotive or aerospace industry would be a plus.
• The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to perform computational analysis, modeling and simulation tasks, and proficiency in delivering excellent stand-up training for highly technical audiences.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
